Creating a MORPH form involves four main stages:

1. Setup — name and basic configuration
2. Objectives — define what you want to learn
3. Configuration — set AI parameters and rules
4. Launch — test and publish

Stage 1: Form Setup

Create a New Form

1. Log into your MORPH dashboard
2. Click the "+ New Form" button
3. Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Customer Feedback Survey Q1 2025")
