Stage 2: Define Objectives
This is the most important step. Clear objectives help the AI generate relevant, focused questions.
Be specific and actionable. Instead of "learn about customers," write "understand what features customers use most and what improvements they want."
Example Objectives
For Customer Research:
Understand customer satisfaction levels with our product,
identify the most valued features, and discover pain points
that need addressing in future updates.
For Academic Research:
Investigate student attitudes toward online learning,
measure engagement levels, and identify factors that
contribute to successful remote education outcomes.
Stage 3: Configuration
Required Questions
Specify questions that must be asked regardless of the conversation flow:
| Question | Purpose |
|---|---|
| "How did you hear about us?" | Attribution tracking |
| "What is your role?" | Segmentation |
| "Would you recommend us?" | NPS calculation |
Communication Style
- Formal — "could you please elaborate on your experience?"
- Friendly — "tell me more about that!"
- Professional — "what specific aspects would you like to discuss?"
- Casual — "that's interesting! What else?"
Audience Parameters
Audience:
Type: B2B customers
Industry: Technology
Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Language: English
Advanced Settings
| Setting | Description | Recommended |
